OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING ANY CLAIM. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR LIMITATIONS, SO THESE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.

Arbitration Agreement and Class Action Waiver: You and TickStock.ai agree that any dispute shall be settled by binding arbitration in Dallas, Texas, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Each party may bring claims only in its individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding. Either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in court.

8. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
