TickStock.ai.

Method

An operating system for AI-driven software delivery.

These are the controls that keep TickStock.ai in production. They are documented so other practitioners can see the design. They are not an offer to install them on another company’s stack. Methods are proven on our own production system. We are not taking client engagements at this time.

The problem

Most engineering organizations now have AI tools. Few have an operating system for them.

Agents write code, tickets describe intent, and production still depends on a handful of people who remember how the last change actually shipped. Copilot, Claude, and ChatGPT sit beside a ticket board that was designed for humans handing work to humans. The result is familiar: faster first drafts, slower safe releases, and no durable evidence of what was decided.

What is in place

Roles, not chat windows

Named specialist agents with written charters, inputs, outputs, and handoff contracts. Architecture does not implement. Implementation does not sign security. Testing does not approve its own tests, and implementation does not merge.

Git as the system of record

The repository holds code, tests, and governance evidence. The ticket board is an index for status and handoff — not the place the system truly lives.

Gates before speed

Product Requirement Prompts, pre-commit and full-suite enforcement, static analysis, and 3-way sign-off on anything locked for production.

Fail-safe over hope

Isolation between design-time generation and live production paths, deterministic fallbacks, and automated circuit breakers when code cannot be verified. “The agent will handle it” is not an engineering control.

The model

What runs in production

Charters, gates, board ↔ git reconciliation, and the cadence this lab actually runs. How the system stays live.

The lab

Where it is proven

Delivery frameworks and multi-agent guardrails run daily on our own live algorithmic trading engine, managing real capital. We do not sell the trading book.

What this is not

Not a trading product, signal service, or staff-augmentation bench. Not taking client engagements.
