Production lab

Where the methods are proven.

A high-stakes, zero-tolerance proving ground for autonomous multi-agent engineering.

AI code generation is trivial. Operating an autonomous, multi-agent engineering lifecycle in a high-stakes, zero-tolerance production environment is not.

TickStock was engineered as our production proving ground: an autonomous trading system executing live orders across US equities and ETFs. We do not sell trading signals or automated trading tools. We operate this live environment to stress-test specialist agent boundaries, deterministic verification gates, and fail-closed architectures where software defects directly destroy capital.

If an agent hallucinates, fails a lint check, or misinterprets a requirement, the system halts. That is the difference between an operational engineering lab and an advisory slide deck.

The live book is proof of method. It is not for sale. We do not sell the trading system.

What the lab proves

These rules are why the system can stay live.

01

Skin in the Game

Code authored and deployed by specialist agents manages real capital under live market volatility. Zero simulated sandbox environments.

02

Full Lifecycle Coverage

Autonomous agents handle distinct, isolated roles across architecture, code generation, integration testing, security analysis, and operations.

03

Git as Source of Truth

Task trackers index intent. Git holds the work and the evidence. Chat is not a record.

04

Single State Authority

Specialist agents propose and implement changes, but only a designated orchestrator agent reconciles state between git and the delivery board.

05

Disciplined State Sync

Task transitions occur strictly at pull, plan, close, and audit boundaries, preventing continuous, noisy state drift on every minor commit.

06

Deterministic Drift Checks

A version-controlled manifest bridges the tracking board and the repo. If they diverge, the build fails closed. Status and substance cannot drift; that is the trail.

07

Hard Isolation Fences

Research agents cannot touch production code. Generative agents cannot execute orders. Blast radius is strictly enforced by policy and code.

08

Deterministic Context

Agents consume structured artifacts, acceptance criteria, and schema boundaries, not sprawling, unvetted conversation threads.

This lab is how TickStock.ai stays in production. It is not a client delivery catalog.
